Warranty claim


  • Warranty claims may vary from product to product. Products have warranty claim period of 36 Months, 24 Months, 12 Months or No Warranty. Claim can be made within a period of warranty.
  • Once warranty time period has passed no such claims will be entertained.
  • Warranty will be mentioned on Warranty Card or Invoice with duration.

  • Warranty claim suffices repair and replace only. E.g. A hands free worth PKR 500 can be replaced where as Expensive products like laptop worth 60,000 can only get fixed or repaired applying conditions; the product will be examined by our technical team first.
  • Warranty maybe rejected where warranty sticker/coupon/invoice is torn or missing.
  • Warranty claim due to accidental damage or electrical surge will not be entertained.
  • If a product is purchased from physical store, it is strongly recommended that customer should check the product before leaving our sale centers/counters, as warranty begins once invoice has been generated. In case of any problem later, the product will be treated as per routine warranty claim process.
  • Please note that Conditions are applied; any damage by your side will not be counted in a warranty claim.
  • Technical team reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the original invoice is missing. In addition, the warranty is not transferable in any case.
  • Once warranty time period has passed no such claims will be entertained.
  • The manufacturer/supplier/distributor reserves the right to alter the warranty terms/conditions. The changes are updated on the manufacturer/supplier website.
  • The manufacturer/supplier/distributor reserves the right to charge certain amount to upgrade the product/component in case the product is discontinued by manufacturer. If customer is not willing to upgrade manufacturer/supplier/distributor may return the amount after deduction.

FAQs

1. Is warranty for all the products displayed?

Ans: Yes the warranty of all the products will be displayed on Warranty Cards or Invoices with duration.

2. Can I claim refund instead of exchange?

Ans: Yes you can claim refund instead of exchange but it will follow a procedure. The product returned will be inspected and further analyzed if it can be refunded or not. On Average it will take 2 working days from the time we will receive returned product. For complete information please refer or refund policy page.
